Their lavender latte is amazing, and I have to really fight myself to not order it every time, but their seasonal drinks are such varied delights that I can't ignore them every visit. Most recently I had the Strange Brew (which was fantastic).
We moved to Memphis for a year and finally found a great place for specialty coffee! They feature several of my favorite specialty bean roasters and always have fresh beans on the shelf with modern profiles and flavors. The baristas possess solid skills for both filter and espresso coffee. While the Geisha isn't always within 30 days of processing, you can still taste the delicate notes of light jasmine.
A lovely little coffee shop with attached gift shop of random fun. This is not the place for a coffee flavored milkshake. Definitely stop in if the words 'single-origin pour over' are of interest to you. Best coffee I've had in months and the baked goods were tasty too. I will be a return customer.
Consistently excellent coffee. Try the single origin espresso. I tried one of their single origin espressos that was co-fermented with hops and it was amazing. I will definitely go back. There is a great patio space and plenty of tables inside. A very cozy and welcoming shop.

Hands down my favorite coffee shop in the city! They have great coffee, tasty baked goods, and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. They also have a super cute shop next door with well curated goods to peruse and explore.
Ahhhh....Fall is finally here! What's better than cool temps, video games and good coffee! City and State has outdone themselves again with their fall flavors. The Orchard Latte and the PSL with Butter Pecan are delicious!!!
